THE ALPINE ANTHOLOGY:

Several years ago on a lofty mountain top, three young men escaped in hopes of finding clarity and the meaning of life. After many days of meditation and contemplation they did not exactly find the meaning of life, however they did find themselves famished. So down the mountain they blazed with a new goal to capture. Inspired by their enlightening experience and motivated by their savage hunger, the mission was clear, it was to create the Zen of snack, the most excellent way to satisfy that primal urge called hunger. Deep within they found the answer, it was more than just a bagel, it was a way of life, the Alpine way of life.

The Bagel boys started baking their "Old World" bagels in a small kitchen in the heart of the Rockies. After rolling and shaping the dough by hand, then boiling and baking the bagel to perfection, the bagel boys would hit the streets, lift lines, and anywhere friends and neighbors might gather. Soon the word spread that Alpine bagel may very well be the best bagel on the planet. We may not have found the meaning of life, but we bet you’ll think we came close!
